Foreign Dairy Products (Consolidated Laws of New York: Agriculture and Markets Law; Article 4−C; §§ 71−u − 71−x)

[摘要] This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York concerns foreign dairy products. The commissioner of agriculture and markets of New York shall, by regulation, require that packaged foreign dairy products be labeled in such a manner that, at each stage of distribution within this state, such packaged foreign dairy product will be readily identifiable as being imported.
