Ordinance on the First Amendment of the Potato Subsidy and Potato Starch Premium Ordinance 2004.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Potato Subsidy and Potato Starch Premium Ordinance 2004 (BGBl. II, No. 174). In particular, an article 12 on Compulsory information is added. The said article deals with the duty of farmers to report to the competent authorities, in most cases the Chamber of Agriculture (AMA), of any fact no longer complying with the original request for subsidy.
