Regulations on the Abrogation of Certain Food Regulations, 2004 (P.I. 883/2004).

[摘要] The present Regulations are issued under article 29 of the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2004. With the present Regulations a number of food related Regulations are abrogated. More specifically: i) Lead in Foodstuffs Regulations, 1983, ii) Mercury in Foodstuffs Regulations, 1983 and iii) Cadmium in Foodstuffs Regulations, 1983 are hereby repealed.
