[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 16 articles divided into five Chapters, prescribes information, education, communication, advertising for, trading in and use of nutritious products for infants, feeding bottles and teats; responsibilities in trading in, and use of, nutritious products for infants so as to reduce the malnutrition rate based on the promotion and protection of breastfeeding - the best for the health and all-sided growth of infants.
