Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act: Enforcement by local authorities (No. R. 228 of 2012).

[摘要] This Notice of the Minister of Health, authorizes local authorities to enforce sections 10 (3) (b), 11 and 24 of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 within their area of jurisdiction and through duly authorized officers. Those sections concern inspections and prosecution. The Notice also withdraws in terms of section 23 (3) of the Act the authorization of the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule.
