Resolution No 165 of 2005 of Georgian Government on Charter for Issuing and Terms of Licenses for Producing/Packaging of Infant and Child Food Products

[摘要] The Resolution regulates licensing for infant and child food. It consists of five articles: Purpose and scope of regulation (1); Agency issuing the license (2); Rules for issuance of the license (3); License terms and additional documents required for issuance of the license (4); and License form (5). The purpose of the Resolution is to regulate production and packaging of infant and child food.
