Regional Law No. 40/2015-OZ “On restrictions for trade of low-alcoholic and non-alcoholic energizing beverages”.

[摘要] This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of low-alcoholic and non-alcoholic energizing beverages with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the regional population. Retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with low alcohol content shall be prohibited on the regional territory.
