Decree No. 180 of 2009 (XII. 29.) FVM of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development concerning certain rules of protection against salmonellosis.

[摘要] This Decree regards the prevention of salmonella serotypes of public health relevance. It contains provisions determining the duties of laboratories, enterpreneurs and slaughterhouses. Article 7 lists the objectives of prevention, while Article 8 determines the stocks for which the participation in the prevention program is mandatory or voluntary and the way of how to participate.
