[摘要] This Decree regulates the procedure for the creation and recognition of consortia for the protection of designations of origin and geographical indications of wines. The Decree refers to the procedure established under article 2602 of the Civil Code, which concerns the creation of consortia among entrepreneurs. Further provisions concern the ministerial recognition of consortia.
