Turkish Food Codex Notification No. 2014/2 on the methods of sampling and analysis for the official control of the levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, inorganic tin, 3-MCPD and benzo(a)pyrene in foodstuffs.
[摘要] This Regulation sets forth the principles, procedures and methods of sampling and analysis for the official control of the levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, inorganic tin, 3-MCPD and benzo(a)pyrene in foodstuffs. This Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Regulation No. 333/2007/EC and it repeals Turkish Food Codex Notification No:2011/31.
