[摘要] This Law regulates legal bases for carrying out apiculture, protection and reproduction of bees, creation of the conditions for raising apiculture productivity and intensive development of apiculture. Natural and legal persons shall have the right to carry out apiculture without any authorization or permit of state bodies.
