Frozen Food Ordinance.
[摘要] The Ordinance defines at the outset its scope of application and contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. To be frozen, foodstuffs has to be of first quality, the preparation and the freezing process has to be carried out with appropriate tools, once frozen the temperature has to be maintained at minus 18 C.
