Regulation on food safety conditions at collective refectories and eat-in kitchens as well as ready–made food ration processing business establishments.
[摘要] The Regulation provides the guidelines for food safety and the application of hygienic measures to comply with, in terms of food processing, in the refectories and kitchens while preparing meals. It also applies to processing and handling out of ready-made rations.
