[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations regarding procurement of non-timber edible forest resources (wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, seeds, birch juice etc.) and medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs free of charge and shall have the right of free access and stay in forests for such purpose.
