Ministerial Decree No. 394 validating the Regulation on formation, storage and management of state grain reserves.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of formation, storage, management and renewal of state grain reserves. Grain pertaining to state grain reserves shall be state property. The purpose of state grain reserves shall be to ensure food security.
