Turkish Food Codex Regulation No. 2017/26 on olive oil and olive-residue oil.
[摘要] This Regulation aims at determining terms and conditions of production, processing, storage, handling, packaging, marketing, sampling of and analysis methods in a hygienic and technically appropriate manner. This Regulation shall apply to olive oil and olive-residue oil. This Regulation sets forth provisions on product specifications, additives, flavorings, extraction, contaminants, pesticide residues, hygiene requirements, nutrition and health requirements.
