[摘要] The Directives provides for the function and tasks of the Myanmar Department of Fisheries System of Inspection (MDFSI). In the text details are given on the application, documentation, process flow charts, the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures, and the assessment of compliance with the MDFSI for processed fish production.Fisheries will be rated accordingly to their total, partial or no compliance with the requirements as assessed during the inspections.
