Act No. 247 of 2006 concerning rules relative to responsibilities of competent authorities for purposes of enforcement of legislation regarding consumer protection (Act Enforcement Consumer Protection).

[摘要] This Act assigns duties in the field of enforcment of legislation regarding to consumer protection to various public bodies. Among them is the Authority for Food and Consumer Goods. The Act also defines functions and powers of the Consumer Authority and provides for colloboration between various agencies.
