Ministerial Decree No. 685 validating the Regulation on registration of intellectual property rights, patents and trademarks and service marks.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of filing and examination of applications for registration of intellectual property rights, patents and trademarks and service marks. Registration authority shall be the authorized national state institution Kyrgyzpatent. The scope of registration of trademarks and service marks shall be traceability of produce designating origin (geographic area) of produce and, in particular, foodstuffs and liquors.
