[摘要] This Act amends the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 by, among other things: inserting definitions of “environmental health practitioner”; making provisions for delegation of powers of inspection to local authorities; extending regulation-making powers of the Minister; and by inserting a new section on the regulation by the Minister of various matters relating to aquaculture.
