[摘要] The purpose of these Rules is to govern the use and protection of the Territorial Park System. They shall apply to all areas of the park system, including marine parks, under the jurisdiction of the director as defined in Chapter 2 of Title 18, American Samoa Code. The Rules require a permit for the carrying out of selected activities in parks such as the keeping of boats for longer than eight hours or the operation of a food concession stand.
