Decree No. 1259 of 2001 containing directions for the Food Agency.

[摘要] This Decree defines the duties of the Food Agency and provides for some matters of internal organization. The Food Agency shall be central public body responsible for securing and enhancing food and food products of high quality and the safety of food and food products. The Agency shall have regulatory powers. The Agency shall be managed by a General Director.
