Cabinet Regulation No. 767 of 2015 on Procedures for the Registration, Protection and Supervision of Geographical Indications, Designations of Origin and Traditional Specialities Guaranteed of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs

[摘要] The Regulation prescribes the procedures by which protected geographical indications, protected designations of origin and traditional specialities guaranteed are registered for agricultural products and foodstuffs, including spirit drinks, in accordance with registration, protection and supervision of activities of food quality schemes.
