Act amending Act on materials and products intended to come into contact with food.
[摘要] This Act establishes that materials and products intended to come into contact with food shall not cause migration of substances in amounts threatening human health, change food composition or worsen organoleptic properties of food. Materials and products must be produced or processed in compliance with principles of good practice. The Act also establishes new provisions on labelling of materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
