[摘要] This Decree lays down detailed provisions to implement Regional Act No. 38 of 2004 concerning the research, abstraction and exploitation of mineral and thermal waters. These provisions deal in particular with the competences of the regional authority and the municipalities, the register of authorizations and concessions, administrative procedures for the issue of authorizations and permits, labelling of mineral waters, technical and hygienic requirements for water abstraction and monitoring.
