Decree implementing Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks.

[摘要] This Decree lays down detailed provisions governing the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks. These rules are set out pursuant to those established at the European Union level. Article 3 specfiies the conditions to be fulfilled in order to obtain the registration of spirit drinks. The application may be submitted by professional associations and organizations.
