Restricted Beverages Act (S.N.B. 2014, c. 129).

[摘要] For the purpose of the present Act “restricted beverage” means a beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion of barley malt and hops or of any similar products in drinkable water and containing 0.5% or less of proof spirits. The Act establishes that such beverages shall not be sold to minors. The text consists of 3 sections.
