Regional Law No. 3318/912-V-OZ “On restrictions for trade of energizing beverages with low alcohol content”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that energizing beverages with low alcohol content shall be considered beverages containing 1, 2 to 9 percent of ethyl alcohol, caffeine or other energizing ingredients. Retail trade and vending of the aforesaid beverages on the regional territory shall be prohibited.
