Regulation on the Production of Wine.
[摘要] This Regulation prescribes the conditions for production of wine and other grape and wine products, allowed procedures and resources during the production, conditions and methods of adding sugar or concentrated grape juice, crushed grapes, grape must or young wine in fermentation to increase alcohol content in wine, as well as conditions and methods for the addition of concentrated grape juice or grape juice into the wine.
