Commission Decision 2004/657/EC authorising the placing on the market of sweet corn from genetically modified maize line Bt11 as a novel food or novel food ingredient under Regulation (EC) No. 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

[摘要] The Commission hereby authorizes the placing on the Community market as a novel food or a novel food ingredient of sweet maize obtained from maize line Bt11, as designated and specified in the Annex attached. The product shall be labelled as “genetically modified sweet maize”.
