Commission Directive 2004/13/EC amending Directive 2002/16/EC on the use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
[摘要] The period during which the use or presence of BADGE in the manufacture of the materials and articles referred to in article 1 of Directive 2002/16/EC is allowed shall be extended until 31 December 2005. Further amendments to Directive 2002/16/EC regard the application of the restrictive provisions contained therein to certain articles and materials which are brought into contact with foodstuffs before 1 March 2003.
