[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of eight Paragraphs, establishes the method, place, time and conditions of taking and storage of food samples by collective feeding institutes of the closed type. The Manager of such institute designates a person responsible for taking and storaging samples of all dishes.
