Regional Law No. 90-KZ “On protection of public health”.

[摘要] The Regional Law regulates the issues of the protection of public health and, in particular sanitary and hygienic arrangements related to quality and safety of foodstuffs. Regional residents shall be granted the right of access to qualitative and safe foodstuffs. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, and children under three years of age shall be provided with ultimate nutrition. Local government must provide population with potable water complying with quality and safety standards.
