Milk and Margarine Act.

[摘要] The present Act basically provides for administrative and legal conditions for operating a dairy or for sale of dairy products. The Act relates to milk and margarine products used for human consumption but is not regulating products to be exported (sect. 1). The Federal Minister for Food, Agriculture and Forestry may by order lay down hygiene and public health requirements for milk production.
