Regional Health Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2012 (No. 8 of 2012).

[摘要] This Act amends the Regional Health Authorities in section 20 by inserting subsection (1A), which allows the Board of a Regional Health Authority, where it is economically expedient to do so and at certain conditions, to invite, consider, accept or reject offers, and enter into contracts for the supply of goods or the undertaking of works or services necessary for carrying out the objects of the respective Authorities.
