Eleventh Ordinance amending the Food Penalty Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Food Penalty Ordinance of 19 September 2006, in its version of 7 February 2012. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 18 dealing with implementation of certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 217/186. Moroever, the numbers 8, 12 and 18 of the Annex dealing with implementation of certain provisions of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 217/186 is amended. The text consists of 3 articles.
