[摘要] The Regulation prescribes the procedures by which transactions with milk quotas are carried out; the procedures for the administration and control of milk quotas; the procedures by which a levy for the exceeded milk quota is paid; and the procedures by which a levy for an annual declaration of direct sales and delivery quotas not submitted by the deadline is paid.
