Regional Act No. 4 amending Regional Act No. 31 of 2008 on agriculture, forests, fisheries and rural development, by inserting new chapter VIII ter on the control of winegrowing potential.

[摘要] These provisions supplement Regional Act No. 31 of 2008 by inserting new chapter VIII ter concerning controls on winegrowing potential. The regional authority is entrusted to adopt provisions aimed at ensuring balance in the wine market as regards protected designations of origin.
