Regional Law No. 226 “On attribution to local government of some plenary powers for support of agriculture”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes some plenary powers transferred to local government in the sphere of support of agriculture. Local government shall perform the following plenary powers: (a) state support of plant cultivation, including partial reimbursement of expenditure for purchase of elite seeds and partial reimbursement of interests on short-term credits; and (b) support of animal production, including subsidies calculated for 1 kg of milk sold or supplied and partial reimbursement of interes
