[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of import from third country of foodstuffs that are not subject to veterinary inspection. Sanitary Border Inspection shall supervise over foodstuffs imported from third country f it is destined for European Union market and, in case of export, if the country of destination requests sanitary certificate. State Sanitary Inspection shall not perform inspection of personal luggage of passengers if foodstuffs are destined for personal consumptions and its weight
