European Communities (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 117 of 2010).
[摘要] These Regulations give effect in Ireland to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004. They, among other things: designate the competent authority for the purposes of the EC Regulation and define functions of competent authorities in relation with food control for purposes of food national and Community legislation (as defined). They also specify sanctions to be applied to a person who is guilty of an offence failing to comply with these Regulations or the EC Regulation.
