Regional Law No. 1911-ZRK “On restrictions for trade of energizing non-alcoholic beverages”.

[摘要] This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the regional population. Vending of non-alcoholic energizing beverages shall be prohibited in the following cases: (a) to the persons underage; (b) inside educational, healthcare and sanitary institutions; and (c) at sport, recreational and physical training facilities.
