[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) of 22 October 2007. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Legal grades (1); Classification in gradess (2); Protocol (3); Labelling (4); Penalties (5). Three Annexes is enclosed.
