Law No. 105-V “On safety and quality of foodstuffs”.
[摘要] This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic basis for ensuring quality and safety of foodstuffs and is aimed at protection of public health through application of mandatory provisions to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing processing, handling, packaging and trade of foodstuffs.
