[摘要] This Order establishes the modalities of registration of contracts related transfer of rights to selection achievement, place of origin of commodities and licensing terms and conditions to use them by State Patent Authority. Patent holder shall submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) copy of contract; (c) patent; (d) document attesting legal succession or right of inheritance (if requested); (e) personal identification document; and (f) copy of payment of patent and registration
