[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Federal Wine Act of 8 July 1994 (BGBl I p. 1467), the Wine Ordinance of 9 May 1995 (BGBl I p. 630) and the Wine Inspection Ordinance of 9 May 1995 (BGBl I p. 630, 655).
