[摘要] The Ministerial Decree establishes that the Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification shall be the authorized institution entitled with the task of issuing, renewal, suspension, withdrawal, revocation and cancellation of permits (licences) for the manufacturing of the alcoholic drinks.
