Regional Law No. 119-OZ “On procurement of edible forest resources and collection of medicinal plants by citizens”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurement of edible forest resources, including wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, birch juice, and collection of medicinal plants by citizens. Citizens shall have the right of free access and stay in forests free of charge for performing the aforesaid activities. Collection of protected plant species shall be prohibited.
