[摘要] This Order enforces guidelines on action to be taken in regards to Rabies-affected animals (including domestic animals). Symptoms disclosing risk of Rabies may be the following: drooling, dysphagia, voice change, uncleanliness, anxiety, behavioural changes (such as snap after imaginary things), shyness, confused behavior, tantrums, interspersed with more or less pronounced lethargy periods and attacks and progressive paralysis, especially of the mandible and hind quarters.
