[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister of Health under section 38(1) of the Zanzibar Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, concern quality and hygiene control of milk production and marketing in Zanzibar. The Registrar of Zanzibar Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Board shall keep registers of every person carrying on the trade of dairyman and of all premises which are used as dairies.
